Want it facilitated for you?

Every Tech CoLab game is built so any team lead can pick it up and run a great session, no experience required. If you'd rather hand the room to someone who's run it dozens of times, we'll facilitate it for you.

High-quality facilitation, run by us.

Our rulebooks are written so any team lead can host a session cold, and most teams do exactly that. But for board-level offsites, high-stakes kickoffs, or teams that would simply rather not own delivery, we'll send someone who has run the session before, knows where the room usually gets stuck, and knows how to keep the energy up for the full hour.

We can host it online or in person, whatever fits your team.

Every workshop ships with a facilitator's guide.

Most teams host their own sessions using these step-by-step guides, no outside facilitator required. Start here if you want to run it in-house.
